The Thai Supermodel Contest is on TV again. And I am amazed at how strange looking almost all the contestants are. Many are plain ugly, with big mishapen features, and so many of them don't know how to walk. Why the organizers down select to these type of girls I just don't understand. I thin they try to go for an unusual look, and end up with something just plain weird.

The high fashion models from Thailand in years past were much better. Like this one named Atchara Laorueangrot. She is unusual looking but still quite pretty and interesting to look at. She is tall and skinny, for sure. And she has a long face, so different than many of the broad flat faces of many Thais.
