She is a Thai actress named Akumsiri Suwanasuk. Her nickname is Jakajan, which is kind of a funny nickname because it is the name of a big noisy bug we have in Thailand. Maybe somebody thinks it's cute. She has been kind of popular for a while already and has a fan club that is always posting pictures of her. Problem is most of those pictures aren't very flattering.
