I'm not sure if this is from her Memo video or it is some other gag she did. It's supposed to look like she is such a bad girl that she is in bed with her young lover and she is filming the two of them while the boy sleeps. I think she's doing weird video stunts like this to appeal to the teens and young college kids to get them to buy her video album.
