I guess it is time to vote for Thai Penthouse Pet of the Year. It’s sort of interesting that the cover of Thai Penthouse is less daring than some of the fashion magazines in Thailand.
For the voting they include this little mini album. Even this isn’t very daring. The girl is covered with foam but you can see that she is also wearing a bikini.

One question, is it really a weird thing for a girl to buy Thai Penthouse in Thailand? I bought that edition from my contact person (a Thai guy) and he said, “You sure you wanna buy this?”
Not that he wasn’t aware of my sexuality, but still, is is really a weird thing? I know I’m interested in that mini album.

I can’t say for sure what other people would think. It would be weird for me if someone found that kind of magazine in my house.

That’s why I always kept magazines in my locked closet, even Image and Volume. XD

Maybe the publisher wants to stay low profile during the voting campaign? You won’t get enough votes if you don’t get enough people to buy your magazine. Penthouse can’t be sold directly like IN, Praew or Image or Volume, right? So maybe by going low profile like that, the publisher can display and sell Penthouse in more public areas and gain significant numbers or buyers/readers to vote.
Hmm… maybe I should start my own magazine then?

Penthouse magazines are readily available at all magazine stands. It’s not like the US version. Even tamer than the US Playboy with just tasteful shots. You’ll get a few topless shots only.
