I enjoyed a nice latte yesterday, thanks to a donation by a lovely reader. While sipping my beverage I was reading the Bangkok Post and saw two interesting articles on page four, which was quite surprising because I often don’t find a single interesting or informative article in the entire newspaper. And you would think for 30 baht there would be so much more to it.
The fist article of interest was titled “Thai Men Don’t Measure Up” and you can probably guess what it was about. That’s right – penis size. This kind of story must do terrible things to the self image of young Thai men because most of them are always trying to act like “big” men. Too bad boys. The word is out. On average you have a penis that is among the shortest in the world.
According to the article, somebody did a world wide study using data from many sources and discovered that the average Thai man has a penis that is only 10.2 centimeters (about four inches) long. It is slightly longer than the average Korean man’s penis which is only 9.6 centimeters.
Of course this doesn’t really matter to anyone except those men who are trying to act so big and manly, although…when I lived in America there were always a lot of American women talking about “size” which made me wonder if they were built a little different than Thai women. I don’t really know, just seemed kind of odd to me and my Thai girlfriends. But anyway, you young Thai guys (probably none of them reading this blog anyway) can forget about boasting so much because the world now knows.

Gotta wonder who put the study together; a female researcher or a male researcher? If, as you always hear women say, size doesn’t matter, then why bother with such a study?

That’s a good question. The news story doesn’t give the name of who did the study, just a link to a website where the study results are posted. And the website, hosted on a free web building domain at everyoneweb.com/worldpenissize, says this: “This website provide statistical information offered by trusted research centers and reports worldwide.” Looks pretty suspect to me. That’s the Bangkok Post for you, to put a story like that in print. Should be an April Fools story, shouldn’t it?

That question is just so wrong. My personal experience would be such a small sample that it would say nothing about most Thai men, plus my personal experience is probably a much smaller sample than most of the young women these days so it would mean even less, plus I wouldn’t talk about that kind of thing anyway. But nice try!

Interesting. I recall a study about two years ago which concluded that Koreans have, on the average, more sexual activity than other countries. Maybe size does matter, but not the way American males imagine.

Size doesn’t matter. And this been said by a woman who doesn’t need a man to get the “pleasure”, big size or no.
Seriously.
I dated many straight women before (who actually don’t have any interest in any kind of same-sex intimate relationship) from many countries (Aussie, US, even China and India), and based on my personal “experience”, I can make them begging for “more”. I don’t even have that “hardware”, either the real “part” of a man implanted on my crotch or its pricey “replica” strapped on my hip or in between my thighs. So… XD
And mind you, they’re straight like chopsticks! Most of them are married. Some even bragged about their husband’s or boyfriend’s “asset”, claimed it to be big or long-lasting during their first impression/introduction (as if I would care) before they finally decided they want to bed me a few hours later (and it’s them who flirted with me first, not otherwise). It wasn’t a one night stand (like I said, I dated them, and we did it again and again), and a few little “things” we did together that night really changed their opinion about that big “thing” men have. XD
In my opinion, I think it’s look and personality and technique that win big, not size. If you’re a cutie pie (ahem…) with high-spirited personality and “deadly” technique paired with another cutie pie with the same traits and “features”, you can expect to have a very addictive, extremely happy sex life. I could strap myself on with some really big dildo which looks and feels like its real-life counterpart (thanks to science and technology) IF size really does matter, but how do I know that thing will work, and my girlfriend will be pleased?
Yoo-hoo, Thai boys and other boys who concern about their crotch more than their brains? Shouldn’t you be worried about how you can use it instead of how big it is? A talented golf player doesn’t need a medieval warhammer to hit a golf ball, you know!
It’s easier for me to believe I still can open my heart to men rather than a big penis will please me. Besides, women hate liars and cocky men with big mouth. Thai men should stop “bragging” about their wee little “sticks” and other men with baseball bat between their thighs should stop thinking that they’re the true alpha males.
Sorry for the long rant. Everytime I heard about a man bragging about how rich he is, or how handsome and charming he is, or how big his “thing” is, or how long he could “please” me, I can’t help but wondering if men can truly understand women. Cheap women go for your crotch and how long you could last in sex. Real women go for your heart and mind and how long and happy her relationship with you will be.
