That is an optical illusion to be truly accurate the kids head should be right next to her breasts, using this technique I could have a knob the size of an elephants trunk.

You mean her name? “Oil” is a really bad transliteration. Her nickname is really pronounced “Oy” which is “sugar cane”, a popular nickname.
