I’m not really sure, but that does look like Thai singer Lydia in the video. And I know she did appear at the Bangkok motor show at least once before. So maybe that really is her doing a car wash show.
It is a little bit sexy but not more so than other shows she has done. So it could be her and it wouldn’t be a big deal.
