Here is a little video in which Thai Penthouse model Joy Pimrawin is interviewed and also shows her posing for photos.
The interviewer asks her what part of her body she thinks is the sexiest. She says that she has a big chest and when she goes out shopping she usually wears a tight fitting top. The boys all look at her and some even stand right in front of her and just say “Wow!”.
When you watch the video be sure to look for the brief surprise near the end.

I wouldn’t have recognized the woman at the beginning of the video as the woman at the end OR as the woman in your still. Mostly because I’m very bad at seeing past things like hair style and length, but also I think her appearance changed a bit – or is it all due to the make-up artist?

I think it is, although Penthouse has always done a little of that which makes me think they are paying a lot to be able to continue getting away with it. But lately I have seen many other cheesecake magazines showing a little more than what I thought was legal. Not sure how they can do that.
